Nakakatuwang isipin na for the past month, kasama natin si Coach Bong—both sa face-to-face at online trainings. Grabe ang learnings at realizations na nakuha ko!

Before that, corporate person ako for 34 years, at naging University Professor din sa College of Business Administration and Graduate School.

Sinubukan ko rin ang ilang traditional businesses—may food shop at mini grocery kami ng partner ko. Pero kahit gaano kami kasipag, parang hindi siya tugma sa freedom na gusto naming ma-achieve—both financially and personally.

Noong August 2023, we made a big decision: we closed the shop and went all in sa Network Marketing. From that moment—wala nang atrasan.

�� Why Strong Leadership = Success in Network Marketing

1️⃣ Duplication is key.
Hindi mo kayang gawin lahat mag-isa. Leadership is teaching others to lead themselves. Kapag kaya mo nang i-duplicate sarili mo, that’s when real growth starts.

2️⃣ People follow people, not products.
Hindi produkto ang pinapasukan ng karamihan—tao. Kung may vision ka, integrity, at malasakit, susundan ka nila.

3️⃣ Resilience is contagious.
Rejections? Setbacks? Normal ‘yan. Pero kung leader ka na may tamang mindset, nakakahawa ang positivity mo sa buong team.

4️⃣ Leaders build culture.
Hindi ka lang basta upline. Ikaw ang nagse-set ng tone. Leaders create communities that may support, trust, and a growth mindset.

Bottomline?
The stronger your leadership, the bigger and more stable your team becomes. Ang tunay na MLM ay hindi pagbebenta lang—pagpapalago ng mga bagong leaders.

Kung gusto mong magtagumpay dito, bitawan mo ang emotional baggage mo.
And please, never attack or backstab your uplines.

Kahit gaano ka pa kagaling, kung hindi ka marunong gumalang sa upline mo, mahihirapan kang igalang ng downlines mo.

Resilience and mindset are contagious. Network Marketing involves rejection and setbacks. A strong leader models consistency, positivity, and growth mindset—even during tough times.

You build communities, not just teams. Great leaders create a culture of support, training, and empowerment, which encourages retention and growth in the long term.

Resilience at Mindset ay Nakakahawa.
Sa Network Marketing, normal ang rejections at setbacks. Pero ang tunay na leader, consistent pa rin—positive, kalmado, at may growth mindset kahit mahirap ang sitwasyon. Nakakahawa 'yan sa buong team.

You build communities, not just teams.
Ang magaling na leader, hindi lang nagpapalaki ng grupo—gumagawa siya ng supportive culture. May training, may empowerment, may malasakit. Kaya tumatagal ang mga tao, at tuloy-tuloy ang growth.

Bottomline: The better your leadership, mas malaki at mas matibay ang organization mo.
Dahil ang totoong Network Marketing, hindi pag-push ng tao—kundi paghubog ng mga bagong leaders na marunong ding magpalaki ng leaders. ��

In short, the better your leadership, the bigger and stronger your organization grows, because Network Marketing is not about pushing people, but raising leaders who raise other leaders.

Importantly, in network marketing, you need to get rid of your emotional baggage and refrain from destroying your upline behind his/her back.
